1. What is Happy Labs?

Happy Labs is a NFT based software company (LLC registered in US) built by a community of crypto and NFT enthusiasts that are passionate for collecting and creating NFTs. 

2. What is the main mission of Happy Labs?

Our main mission will always be FOR our community creating NFTs that have branding and utility. Another missions is to develop and support the utility of $HAPPY as a new cryptocurrency coin along with providing Happy Labs NFT holders 'special perks.'

3. What are the "special perks" for Happy Labs NFT holders?

We have many upcoming special perks for Happy Labs NFT holders such as free giveaways, WL spots for future Happy Labs NFT collections, and long term utility of the $HAPPY coin. For example, if you mint a SOLight, you can stake to earn $HAPPY  - which can be used to get NFTs for free! We are working on creating a 'Members' only page for Happy Labs NFT holders that will be an Amazon like type of members page to use $HAPPY in get NFTs owned by Happy Labs and other exciting upcoming items, such as booking travel.

4. What is $HAPPY?

$HAPPY is the main utility coin for Happy Labs. $HAPPY can be earned through staking a Happy Labs NFT such as, SOLights and many upcoming NFTs that is in the works of development through Happy Labs. Our main goal for $HAPPY is to be on the cryptocurrency exchange under the Solana and Ethereum network. 

5. How can I mint a Happy Labs NFT?

SOLights will be our first official NFT series. We plan to open up a minting page on the Solights.xyz website by March, 2023. More information will be given on our Twitter and Discord.
